Thanks very much for your links! I'll definitely have a look at all of them.
Christmas, family and being sick kept me pretty busy the last days but at least I managed to finish lesson 1 of my Turkish textbook.

Hi Kat0,
If building up your vocabulary is a goal, I have another online resource I might
recommend, with a caveat: the Turkish course at book2.de.
I would not use the course for any sort of grammar reference, though. The translations
of some of the phrases used, while perfectly usable in normal conversation, are
imprecise if you're trying to figure out exact grammar mappings. You'll get plenty of
good vocabulary out of it, though, and because it's an audio course (there are PDF
transcriptions), it's relatively painless to load the lessons onto your mp3 player and
go about your day.

I spent the weekend at my parents place and didn't bring my book, so I listened to some of the lessons of "Kauderwelsch's Türkisch" instead.
