I think it fits just fine. Although be aware that прокрутить is perfective, while with words like устал or надоело you need to use the imperfective. "Мне надоело прокручивать до последнего сообщения" is how I would say it, although I suppose "я устал..." also works.

На Ваш вопрос уже ответили, так что просто ещё пара примеров:
"i am tired of scrolling down till i reach to the last message"
Мне надоело прокручивать [вниз], пока не доберусь до последнего сообщения.
"you know these sites which you have to scroll down to read the last message or reply"
Ох уж эти сайты, которые приходится прокручивать [до конца], чтобы прочесть сообщение или
ответить.

There were no computer mouses in Russia till Xerox and Apple invented it so there is a loan word "скроллинг" in
Russian.
You can say
Устал скроллить до последнего сообщения. (It sounds more casual and natural)
and
Я устал прокручивать до последнего сообщения. (Much more formally)

Are you a programmer? To me скроллить is pretty colloquial and not necessarily natural, whereas прокручивать is the normal word.

No I'm not a programmer. As I wrote скроллить из more casual/informal. You can also hear in Russia "крути вниз"
"мотай вниз" even between managers in big companies. You can also say "прокрути вниз".
Besides as I said it is ok in phrase "Устал скроллить до последнего сообщения" but for instance in the phrase
"скролль вниз" it will of course sound completely unnatural.
