Hello all,
my question is really simple: does someone know where to buy Icelandic novels in
Icelandic language (websites, etc)? I mean physical books, I'm already aware of the
project Gutenberg but it's not what I'm looking for.
Thank you very much!
(P.S. can you advice me someone? :) )

I know Eymundsson and Bóksala Stúdenta, but they both have very high shipping fees. That's why I have never ordered from them, so I can't recommend one over the other.

I think it's about 20 €, if I remember correctly.

Well, these are the prices after their currency broke down. Before 2009 you had to pay the double of what it costs today.
Icelandic books are quite expensive (well, there are oly 300.000 possible readers, so its circulation cannot be very high), but of good workmanship.
I once orderd books at Eymundsson, they are very reliable, but you should not be short of money at the moment.

It is possible that you would get cheaper shipping fees from London (assuming you're from Italy), and Grant & Cutler (probably the biggest language bookshop in Europe? at least it's one full floor of the biggest bookshop in Europe) has some Icelandic novels.

Try ebay. Who knows maybe someone will be selling something in Icelandic and shipping costs won't be too high.
Apparently in Iceland one in ten people is a writer.
