Hi, my name is David. Welcome to my log. I plan to participate in TAC 2014 and will be detailing my progress here over the year.
My current status: I am OK at reading, but my listening, speaking and writing ability is quite weak. My goals: I want to be fluent in Mandarin by the end of the year! Hi Kraemder. I've been very on and off studying Mandarin for the past three years. I agree, it would be very impressive if I could become fluent within this year, but it's a little premature to be congratulating myself now!

Today was good! I decided against my 5 article goal and I'm just going to have really loose goals this year. As long as I'm satisfied, it's good.
