That's pretty bold. If the goal is simply to verify knowledge, it would be a lot easier to do some impromptu
reading/listening comprehension. It can be hard to switch to speaking a random language you haven't spoken for a
while, and you could easily end up underperforming compared to the more usual situation where you know which
languages you're likely to have occasion to speak on any given day.
