No it's not Georgian.
I googled and ПАНДУР ЛОПОВСКИХ НАВИКА seems to be the way to go. Apparently Pandur is a
proper name so it would be the skills of the thieves of Pandur?!! I tried Serbian. So
it's BCMS. It's the film Blue Streak.
It's mistagged Georgian, anyway, which is a pity.
