En la conversación con Paco, Soledad usa una palabra que no logro a entender. Quizás no tenga buena grafia. ¿Qué palabra usa y qué quiere decir exactamente?

Paco: Mamá, es la primera vez que subo a una chica a casa, eh. Por eso te digo que no la asustes.
Soledad: Paco, soy tu madre, no una ___ ¡eh!

Bueno, con ayuda de Google lo he descubierto, ¡dice "Skinhead" pero castellanizado como "esquinje"!

Dice "skinhead" claramente.

No puede ser "escuincle", porque para empezar esa palabra no es del español castellano sino del mexicano, y para seguir "escuincle" se utiliza solamente con niños y adolescentes (generalmente cuando se han portado mal... en inglés sería como decir "brat").
