I have pretty much listened to tiziano ferro to exhaustion and am in much need of a new artist to listen to.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of some catchy artists that I could obsess myself with to the
level of knowing the lyrics off of the top of my head please? Thank you in advance.

Yeah, Ligabue is fun and catchy, typical pop-rock with choruses that get stuck in your head for hours. I'll never forget the last time I was in Rome and was walking down the street and heard a bunch of young people singing "Tu sei lei" and I instantly recognised it.

Emma Marrone- Cercavo Amore, Amami, many others.
Lorenzo Jovanotti Cherubini-Tutto l'amore che ho, manyo other songs
Modà - La Notte is my favourite
Serpenti
Pierdavide Carone
Gigi d'Alessio-a bit too sweet for some perhaps
Le Mani-nice poprock
Eros Ramazzoti-one of the most famous "stereotypical" Italian artists. but he got famous for a reason
Il Volo- Grande Amore is their song for Eurovision 2015
By the way, have you already tried lyricstraining.com? You might like it :-)

No, I didn't know of that site Cavesa. I will give it a go. I like the idea of learning through songs due to the
lyrics registering pretty easily.

Just been on that lyricstraining site and it is very good. I would prefer to use it on a computer rather than
my phone though as it is hard to keep up when typing. Thank you though. Really good idea
