Can anyone recommend a book that is a good introduction to Japanese poetry in translation and another that is a good introduction to Chinese poetry in translation?

I did a search on both Chinese poetry and Japanese poetry in HTLAL, but nothing came up.

A search of Gutenberg.org yielded More Translations from the Chinese by Juyi Bai and Arthur Waley, Chinese Poems (translated) by Charles Budd, A Lute of Jade : Selections from the Classical Poets of China by L. Cranmer-Byng and Japanese Literature by Epiphanius Wilson, but I was hoping for a more current view of what constitutes the best poems.

The translations can be in English, Spanish or French, doesn't matter. Whether the originals accompany the translations is not important to me, though the presence of the originals would not be a deal-breaker.

Edits:
(1) Added "in Htlal"
(2) Added titles found at Gutenberg.org
