The March (3/5/2005) lessons haven't been posted to the
website yet. My subscription would have allowed me to
get the lessons if they were posted on time. I'd have
thought my registration wouldn't have been cancelled
until I could access those lessons.

Administrator, to answer your questions as well as i can:
1) That you are related to Patrick Jackson, aka "Crazy Patrick", the man behind LearningSpanishLikeCrazy?
I honestly don't know i to deny this one and it doesn't help we are both from NYC. Perhaps if you can find out if Mr. Jackson is Caucasion, Black, Spanish, Latin then it would help, because i am a black Trinidadian from the Jamaica section of Queens, NY.
2) That you have a financial interest in LearningSpanishLikeCrazy?
I wish i could say i did but i do sit and listen to my CD's with a couple friends.
3) That you have ever met Patrick Jackson?
I almost met him once, unbeknownst to him. I am part of a language group that meetup to speak spanish once a month, and a month after i joined, i sa his name on a list. He didnt state he owned LSLC but i recognized the name from my research into his company. He did put in his profile "co-owner of a languuge learning system" or something saying the same thing. The dya of the meeting got move form a wednesday to a thursday and that happened to be the day i was flying to DR so i could not make it. But i wanted to meet him to congratulate him, not attack the program, but also to express my concerms from the consumers perspective.
4) And for good measure, that you are not Patrick Jackson?
Well i can tell you my first name is Shaun, but seeing as how this is the internet, that's all i will say. If there is someone in NYC however, i am not opposed to meeting in a public place to practice and they can tell you who i am.
I hope that helped, if not feel free to attack or respond to me. I guess i like the program so much because i learned more form it than my highschool spanish. Maybe not more, but i learned how to USE what i learned. It makes no sense to learn grammar but never speak it, which is how the USA teaches. That is why we are considered monolingual everywhere we go.

By the way, on what page have they discussed me on? i didnt see that, maybe i skimmed through to fast. Besides, i can't be that guy because he is already responding here. I had to play catchup on the board just to know how it got to SEVENTEEN PAGES, which is a lot!!!

NYC_Trini_Span, thank you for your extensive reply. May I kindly ask you to just answer by 'Yes' and 'No' for improved clarity:
Can you confirm ...
1) That you are related to Patrick Jackson, aka "Crazy Patrick", the man behind LearningSpanishLikeCrazy?
2) That you have a financial interest in LearningSpanishLikeCrazy?
3) That you have ever met Patrick Jackson?
4) And for good measure, that you are not Patrick Jackson?
If you agree and to settle this issue once and for all, I will ask a last question:
5) That you have received or been offered any financial or other incentive so that you write about LearningSpanishLikeCrazy in this or other Internet forums?

Luke,
Sorry for the mix-up or cancellation before you finished your month's access. Actually, we are still about a month or more behind. The recordings always take more time than planned. And so does the editing.
If you will give me your full name or the email address that you used at the time that you signed up, I will give you an additional month of access. If you don't want to post your full name or email address I guess your first name and last initial should be sufficient for us to look up your acct and contact you.

To answer more concise then (sorry - i'm a writer)
1) No, I am not Crazy Patrick
2) No, I have no financial interest in the LSLC company
3) No, I've never met him
4) No, I have never been offered anything to post here. I found this site looking on Goggle for methods to become fluent.
I began this thread because the topic was language programs. When i realized no one had posted anything on it i decided to write my personal experiences with it, and to be honest i thought my post walked the 50/50 line in terms of praise/problems with it. I can tell you what i consider "the bad" if you have any questions on it. Or the good as well.

I'm not sure I understand the subscription? I went to http://www.learningspanishlikecrazy.com/offer.html and there is no mention of having to pay a monthly fee? Perhaps someone could clear this up as this can be very confusing for someone going to make a purchase and finding out later they have to keep paying for what seems to be an unfinished product?

Well as i understand it, if you DO NOT want to receive the items on CD format, you can purchase JUST the LSLC w/ no FSI 1/2 for (last i heard) around $99 a month and get the free updates every month. I myself wanted the insults, the FSI's, and the LSLC so i got the CD.
Hope that helps.
