Hi
Can someone help me out? Can someone tell me where I can find an online (not download preferably) (though, not too bothered if download) language testing thing which tests against the CEFR (A1, A2, B1, B2 etc.)
I have tried Dialang, but it won't work for me (Won't load)

I know that this is old, but the way you fix this is to follow their instructions to install the java runtime environment (whether you already have it installed on your computer or not), and instruct the jre installer to put the files in the dialang folder. dialang isn't smart enough to look elsewhere for the jre file.

Thanks but thats not the problem.
It comes up with:
A network error has occurred. You may try again by pressing 'Retry'. If you are using a proxy server, press 'Proxy' and check that the settings are correct. If the problem persists you should contact your network administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for support.
I dont think I am using a proxy.

Sorry, I was taken in by your post that I quoted where you said that it wouldn't load. What happened for me and lots of other people was that you'd start the program and it would just hang and never start. What I posted was the solution for that problem, which is what I had and assumed you had.
It seems to be a very poorly maintained piece of software.
