Thank you for posting this video. From the short demonstration of 12 languages I would assume that he has impressive language skills.
What strikes me is that he is very nervous and apparently not used to speaking in front of a camera. My advice is that he should do some speaking test sessions without actually recording them, to train himself to be more relaxed when the actual video recording takes place.
