My favourite music is all kind of soft pop and rock ballads - from the 1960s up to 2010 and beyond - sung in all of my target languages and in some other languages which I don't understand...

Rock and metal (power, speed, thrash, prog, even glam, but not death and black; favourite bands include KISS, Metallica, Judas Priest, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin), mainstream pop-rock (U2), also classical music (Mozart, Bach, especially Wagner) and folk music (mostly European like German, Austrian or Tirolian and also Finnish). I also like Arabic music.

Not Arabic, per se, but when I was in Morocco, I really got into cheb and rai music. It's a nice mix of local folk and pop.
Now I mostly listen to pop in the languages I'm studying. I have a HUGE collection of Spanish and Italian pop that I return to often, too.
