Prog is not definitely not dead, it's alive and kicking away all those cobwebs!!! Yes, I'm also a proghead, but also like folk rock and folk metal. Among my favourite bands are Phoenix, Jethro Tull, Ougenweide, Phideaux, Rush and Skyclad.

I don't know if I have an absolute favorite. I like a variety of different artists. However, if I had to name one genre, it would be French pop. That's what got me into learning French in the first place. Other genres I like are thrash metal, goth metal, classical pop, opera rock, and some instrumental piano. I like everyone from Megadeth to Josh Groban, but I'm also rather picky about who I don't like. I guess I'm just weird like that.

I'm quite a metalhead, especially regarding Iron Maiden (I can name all the albums with
years, cover description and names at will). Not really in to the Death/Black Stuff
though. I'm also a Prog man and I'm massively in to Pink Floyd as well as Prog Metal
Dream Theater.

My music-lover carreer started with Evanescence, and I'll always love them for that. Then I switched to metal. Gothic/symphonic metal, which are two of the most "discriminated" metal subgenres. (Epica, Nightwish, Theatre Of Tragedy, Within Temptation). Then started my period of wide musical discovery, which hasn't stopped and I think it'll hardly ever stop.
We could say I love all kinds of music, except house, techno, rap and that stuff.
Rock, metal, folk, pop, indie, classical, opera, soundtracks, ambient or whatever.
I'll list the concerts I've been to, to make it clearer
Anastacia (pop)
Epica (symphonic metal)
Regina Spektor (anti-folk, indie rock)
Jethro Tull (progressive rock)
Earth, Wind & Fire (disco, funk, soul)
Toto (progressive rock)
But still.
Kate Bush is my Goddess.
