I think this deserves a new thread.
This video is amazing. This Nipo-Brazilian woman, Haikaa Yamamoto, is singing in 19 languages. She's not fluent in all of them and problably the pronounciation is not perfect, but that's still amazing.
Haikaa Work of Art - Global Project
Here with lyrics
Here she's talking about her song
Haikaa comments on her project
She sings in Turkish, Mandarin, Greek, Korean, French, Armenian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese (brazilian, native), Japanese (problably native too), Arabic, Italian, Guarani, Danish, Lushootseed, Cantonese, Hebrew, German, English.

That's pretty awesome. Unfortunately the music makes it difficult to hear some of the languages properly, and
combined with her accent I had a hard time catching what she was singing in the languages I understand. Still, it's a
really awesome project. Thanks for sharing!
EDIT: Just noticed there's a version with lyrics. It just got awesomer. Also noticed the Cantonese is written in
Mandarin. Less awesome. Also, who the heck did the trascription into Latin letters? 我=gnoh? 色=sit? No wonder I
couldn't understand when she sang it (of course that's not her fault)!

Wow that was amazing!! Now, is she singing the same thing in all those languages or not? I could barely make out the German, or the English until the vary end. But it was very good. Thanks for posting that!

I don't know if this has been posted before but here's a song from Les Misérables, sung
in a bunch of different languages:

Quite awesome.
