Thanks for your comments Emk; as you maybe noticed I do not link to my site, neither do I name a product etc. So I feel this is unwarranted. All I do is ask about licensing of courses and mention basic info about my program only as a background info.
I'm selling here nothing. Basically I'm attempting to buy not sell. Still not good enough?
Besides I'm not a "brand new member", if you meant me by this expression. I might not have thousands of posts to my name, but definitely not a newcomer.
So instead of answering or not answering my inquiry some individual thinks he can call it empty, nothing etc. Just because he has a hunch. I think this is openly insulting, compared to sarcasm I used to answer. Should not anyway, right :-)
I feel bad that my post about a real issue sidetracks in personal attacks and answers to misunderstandings that has nothing to do with the OP.

I see that I have not been clear enough about certain things:
* pure audio - I meant pure target language audio; and two other types I mention mix-in a lot of source (learner's) language.
* pimsleurised recording - formatted similar to Pimsleur courses: "now ask the lady if she speaks English... Spreekt u Engels... English... Engels..." Though of course there are many courses that do something similar, some pre-dating Pimsleur ones.
* podcast - though in most general case one calls podcast any bit of audio playable on your gadgets here I mean more specifically the kind of recording that is relatively popular in language learning recently: "[some music] Hello, I'm Fred your teacher and here is Mary... What did you bring us Mary today? The new word for today..." (well, it's not a course of English, sooner or later they will get down to the foreign language business.
Though my program's exact functionality might be of little relevant here, I'll provide a slightly longer description of it: the program plays recording piece by piece, leaving a pause for the repeat at the end of each fragment. User selects the number of repetitions and length of pause. It displays the lesson text and highlights the current fragment.
I would not like to disclose more of the functionality on a public forum before it has been launched, but any serious course owners will get more information. And it might not be clear - the program by itself is not and will not be for sale. It's just a packaging+formatting for the course.
