So I came across the heavy metal post, and while I do love metal (between the buried and me, the acacia strain, born of osiris) :) I also listen to a lot of ska. So, does anyone know any foreign ska bands? I think that would be awesome. Thanks in advance for anyone who replies.

Ok, I went a little overboard and looked through my favourite music site,
rateyourmusic.com, and picked out some bands with foreign names, and it gave a good
list of results. I've grouped them by language. Now, I'm not sure they're all "Ska" as
such (some may be more punk than Ska), but from what I heard, there's some decent ones
there.

Danac, thank you very much! I'll definitely check most of them, if not all of them, out.

In Japan the Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra are hugely popular. Not sure if they're still
going though.
