Hi,
Try to get some books and watch a lot of Swiss TV in order to get used to the spoken language. Don't worry to much if you don't feel you can't speak it as
you'll do with Hochdeutsch once you get fluently in it. Swiss German will probably remain passive until your trip, and you may switch to Hochdeutsch once
you're there for the firsts days (just because it will be easier for you) and then you'll slowly begin to speak in Schwyzertüütsch. If you manage to
understand the locals speaking their dialects, you'll get a much more enriching experience from your trip ;)

Books and courses:
1. Schwyzertüütsch "Grüezi mitenand" - Praktische Sprachlehre des Schweizerdeutschen (Gemsberg-Verlag Winterthur, year: 1992, author: Arthur Baur, ISBN: 3-
85701-002-9, with audio. It's in Zürich Deutsch, and it's by far best book for learning a Swiss German dialect)
2. Bärndütsch - Ein Lehrgang für Ausländer und Nicht-Deutschschweize (Cosmos Verlag, year: 1995, author: Barbara Feuz, ISBN: 3-305-00250-6, with audio)
3. Kauderwelsh Schwiizertüütsch (Reise Know-How Verlag, ISBN: 978-3-89416-261-0)
4. Pimsleur Swiss-German

TV Series:
1. Hüttengeschichten
2. Schweiz aktuell
3. Das ExperimentSommer Challenge
4. Die Schweizer
5. Winter Challenge
6. Wunderland
7. Usses töörf
8. Fascht e Familie
9. Familiensache
10.Töfflibuebe
11. Selbstgemacht
12. Landfrauenküche
13. Männerküche
14. Die Skilehrer
15. Unsere Stadt
16. Schwiizer Chuchi

Other links:
1. Schwyzertüütsch 1
2. Schwyzertüütsch 2
3. Deutschschweizer Dialekten
4. Online Wörterbuch
5. Dialektwörter Verzeichnis

Hope it helps! :)
Guido.
