Just my two cents, but I'd advise against attempting to learn Egyptian and "Gulf Arabic" at the same time. It would be a bit similar to trying to learn the Bavarian German dialect and Luxembourgish at the same time. Due to the similarity of the dialects you might have trouble keeping them separate in your mind and will end up speaking a mixture of the two.
A better plan in my estimation would be to gain a good level of fluency in one of the two dialects before starting the second. That way the first dialect will be solid enough not to be too influenced by the second.

Sometimes I do mix the languages up with Farsi and Russian but it only happens because I've studied Russian longer. I think I can keep the two dialects separated if I practice them a lot.
