I am close to finish the Assimil Dutch book that I started to re-read after reading
only half in 2008, but I am unsure what to do thereafter. I already worked through
Klare Taal grammar, and have on my shelf Klare Taal: Grammatica voor
Gevorderden, which is a grammar workbook that extends from B1 to B2, and is
specified for practise towards passing the Netherlands Immigration Language Exam NT2.
But lately I saw this Perfectionnement book Néerlandais-Livre-Audio/dp/2700520955/ref=pd_rhf_dp_p_t_1_5 KQ1">La Pratique du
Néerlandais, which has a C1 on the cover, but for some reason I cannot find this
book in stock anywhere, not even on Assimil's website. Has anyone used this to advance
past B2, or some other source?
For some reason the link is messed up:

Maybe you could use the Wablieft collection. they have (small) weekly newspapers and books for foreign adults learning Dutch. Give it a try ;)

At my university we used "De Regels van het Nederlands: Grammatica voor Anderstaligen"
(Florijn en Lalleman) in the second and third years. The grammar book goes into an
extreme amount of detail if that's what you are looking for. The accompanying workbook
might not be useful since it's meant to be used in a classroom but I'm mentioning it
because maybe you like doing exercises out of textbooks.

While I admit that the Assimil self-study language method has many strengths, I would suggest that you take the publisher's assertion that you can attain either the CEFR C1 level, or even the B2 level, for that matter, using their materials alone, with a sizeable "grain de sel." While I have put my own study of Dutch to the side for the moment, I can nonetheless recommend the following material that should help you aim for an intermediate/functional level of competence:
ASSIMIL: La Pratique du Néerlandais
I notice that Amazon.ca, Amazon.fr, and Amazon.de offer used copies for sale via other distributors, located in the U.S.A or in Germany. I have a copy of the 1978 edition, that I purchased recently at the Libraire Michel Fortin, located in Montréal. Perhaps they still have another copy in stock. Here is the LINK to their website: http://www.librairiemichelfortin.com/fr/
LINGUAPHONE: Curus Nederlands
Published in 1984, this edition benefits from the "revised" Linguaphone approach that is "somewhat" similar to the Assimil approach. It comes with 8 audio CDs and takes student to the Intermediate Level. I purchased my copy from Linguaphone U.S.A., at about a 50% reduced price, which I found was very good value (they often offer reduced prices); however, I would not suggest that one pay the regular Linguaphone prices, which are in the neighborhood of 400 $US. I assume that you can find Linguaphone on the web.
ROUTLEDGE: Intensive Dutch Course
In my opinion, the textbook is NOT well-designed for self-study. However, since the dialogues are actually quite advanced and since the book and 2 cds are sold separately, you might consider purchasing the cds alone for practice purposes. Since the transcripts of the dialogues are freely available on Routledge's website, you can even read through them before deciding to purchase the audio cds. Neither the downloadable transcripts on the website, nor the printed transcripts in the textbook, are translated. I assume that you can find Routledge on the web.
READERS (Intermediate to Advanced)
The following Intermediate-to-Advanced readers have been recently published: "The Routledge Intermediate Dutch Reader" and "Dutch for Reading Knowledge." They're NOT for beginners! I assume that you can find these books on the web.
JLU (Joint Language University) ARCHIVES
Although the material is somewhat dated and although the text files are needlessly long, the Dutch Refresher Course provides a very good opportunity to study at the Intermediate level. Here is the LINK: https://jlu.wbtrain.com/sumtotal/lang uage/DLI%20basic%20cour ses/
LIBRIVOX and BOOKS-SHOULD-BE-FREE
I am under the impression that the material stored on the Librivox and Books Should Be Free websites is comprised mostly of classical literature for whom the target audience was native speakers. Nonetheless, these free text and audio files provide excellent ear-training. You could start with Hans Christen Andersen's Tales. I assume that you can locate these websites.

That DLI course looks quite thorough, and I suppose that a significant factor is that it
is free. That Perfectionnement book for Le Néerlandais seems quite difficult to find
compared to all of the other Perfecionnement books, which are all on Amazon. I am unsure
why Assimil's website does not even display it.
I am unsure what exactly my level is, but I am fairly sure that I am around B1 after
working on Dutch for literally almost everyday since February of last year. Probably by
the end of the year to get to B2 would be a realistic goal.

Just to let you know that I sent Emails to both Assimil in Paris and to La Librairie Michel Fortin in Montréal and they both confirmed that "La Pratique du Néerlandais" is unavailable. If you're truly interested in obtaining a USED copy, I suggest that you order it from one of Amazon's alternative suppliers.
Good luck!

@1e4e6,
As you pursue your study of Dutch towards the B2/C1 level, I suggest that you consider purchasing the book "NÉERLANDAIS AVANCÉ", published by DE BOECK. The book contains transcriptions of 24 authentic radio transmissions, divided into 12 themes, along with exercises, vocabulary, points on grammar, etcetera. The mp3 audio files can be downloaded free-of-charge from the publisher's website. This is a truly solid resource and, surprisingly, it is not at all expensive. You can buy it online from the publisher, from Amazon (u.k. or fr.), and from many other online sellers or, perhaps, even from your local bookshop (I picked up my copy from La Librairie Michel Fortin in Montréal). Here is the LINK to the publisher's website:
http://superieur.deboeck.com/titres/11310/neerlandais-presse -radio.html
You'll find the mp3 files under the "Compléments" section
