I just found a really cool online program for reading the Bible in Greek and Hebrew.
Bible Web App, Reader
I've only played with it a little bit, but when you look at a text, you just hover your mouse over any word to get all the information about it you could possibly want. It tells you the root word, grammatical information (e.g. what tense, person, number, etc), and then has dictionary entries below. You can also choose what frequency of words to be displayed below the text in footnotes (e.g. words used 50 times or less, words used 40 times or less, etc). I was confused why you need these footnotes since all the information is available in the popups for every word, but I guess if you want to print sheets to read from, this would be useful.
