A very slight foreign accent. Nine on a scale of 1 to 10.
The tiny moments of hesitation between words give her away more than the actual inaccuracies in accent which are very slight.

Yeah, like Hencke says, she is fluent, has an advanced vocabulary and grammar sounds right. She does have a noticeable "yugoslavian" accent (Sweden has plenty of immigrants from there, and the accent is recognisable").
I'm sure she's put in a lot of effort into learning Swedish and she definitely deserves praise for being successful. Well done her!
You are making me curious! Why is a a SA guy interested in the the Swedish accent of a Slovene woman? (listed on an OZ site..)

If I didn't know about it, I would not be able to tell that she is not a native speaker just by listening to that audio clip. It's true that she hesitated for half a second at one point, but native speakers do that as well. Her pronunciation is the best I've ever heard so far, coming from a non-native speaker. She had the right intonation and everything.
But then again, the quality of that audio clip wasn't really very good so I shouldn't say too much. On a longer recording with better audio quality, I might be able to catch her foreign accent a little bit better.

An unnatural pause, plus the "acute" accent on "hållet" is the only negative I have to say. Well done indeed.

Wonderful. You do notice her foreign accent but barely. There is something with the A's I think but I'm not sure.

This was on Olle Kjellin's site (http://olle-kjellin.com/SpeechDoctor/metodik2.html)
It is claimed that this woman self-corrected her Swedish accent using Kjellin's 'prosodihandbok'. It took her about a year. (Correct me if I'm wrong, poor Swedish).
If this is true it tells us alot about the importance of a very often neglected aspect of foreign language learning, prosody. Kjellin has done a remarkable work on the role of prosody, but it has not got much attention. (Im sure many on this forum ahve already read his paper on pronunciation teaching and learning: http://olle-kjellin.com/SpeechDoctor/ProcLP98.html)
Well, thanks for your help!

The only mistake is the accent in "hållet", but the perfect cute tone curve plus the very (very!) good extra long vowel length in "läääära sej" makes me swear she came to Sweden quite young.
AH
