I know the following sites to watch TV in different languages for free:
in German,
Dutch,
Italian,
Swedish,
Catalan,
Finnish,
and Czech
The thing is I can't find that kind of sites for languages like Polish, Danish, Russian, Norwegian, Serbo-croatian, Romanian, Portuguese
(Brazilian and Continental), French (Canadian and France F.), English, Icelandic, Turkish and Greek. I really enjoy watching soap-operas and
series in sites such as the Dutch or the Italian one, and I'd love to do the same with other languages. Does any body know where to watch tv
without paying?
By the way, you can post sites for all the language you want, not necesarily only those I citated.
Many thanks!
Guido.

If you don't mind ads (or use Firefox with AdBlock Plus and NoScript) you could try Justin TV. They have live streams in some of the languages that you're interested in.

Ok, for television from Bosnia & Hercegovina, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro, you can try
this website:
http://www.nettelevizor.com/
If you enjoy watching soap operas, you can certainly find some here. They enjoy their soap
operas in the Balkans. I can only remember "Hombres del Honor" and "O Clone", but there
are probably many more... They also show American series there and what not - I especially
enjoyed watching a little Frasier from time to time... Oldies but goodies!
The tradition there is also subtitles, not dubbing, just so you know... :)

I’ve seen in the other post that you already have a nice collection of links. Here are some more:
For French:

For German:

For Norwegian:

Not all programmes are available for streaming from abroad, but I hope you will find something useful nonetheless.

http://dagskra.ruv.is/sjonvarpid/ is alright for Icelandic, although they don't show most of the programs on that. It's good for news, though.
Thanks for directing me to the Finnish one (yle.fi). I'll look through that eagerly!

Beeline has a lot of channels from various countries of the world. I haven't used it for a couple of months, though. Some of the Chinese channels never worked, some focused on news, some showed serials/movies.
