Awesome! I've been looking for some more French TV series to watch. More recommendations:

Profilage is a good show of the classic crime-solving variety (think Castle or Elementary or that one with the math). The main character is a criminal profiler. I really enjoy it. Trailer

Also, of course, the inimitable Arsène Lupin. The show is from the 70's or so, but it's really outstanding. Just look at this awesome intro.

The first two series of Braquo were excellent, but I enjoyed the third one less.

Interesting piece of trivia - Olivier Marchal, the producer of the first series (and a number of police/crime-related films) is actually a former police officer.

He left Braquo after the first series because he felt it was all getting a bit to dramatic and had lost its realism.

Just found this thread last weekend and spent much of the rest of the weekend watching Les Revenants. I really
enjoyed it & am waiting for the 2nd season to come out. It's very different from the American version, Resurrection,
that's playing now. The thrill of understanding what someone says while watching a program in another language
never dies for me. I did have some trouble with the teenagers, but clearly understand the adults and little kids.   I'll
have to check out some of the others. Thanks!
