Also, you're just putting the participles.... like in the 2nd page you wrote "Lei FATTO la doccia in fretta". Here you're missing the auxiliary verb, it should be "Lei HA FATTO la doccia in fretta".
For the other examples you just put the auxiliary verb "essere" for all of them, like "Tu SEI ricevuto un e-mail", which should be "Tu HAI ricevuto un e-mail".
In the "passato prossimo", I'd say most verbs use AVERE as an auxiliary. Verbs which use ESSERE are usually verbs of movement (andare, venire) or change of state, as well as ALL reflexive verbs.
Like drygramul said, you should REALLY study some grammar before trying to do these exercises.

1. how do I know when to use avere (ho hai ha..) and when to use essere (sono, sei, e..) before the verbs?
2. also is it always avere before irregular verbs?
I would study grammar but I have no time I'm not going regulary to school just going when I need to (nope not avoiding class)

Yeah, but you have time to ask the question on a forum like this, so you obviously have some time. You'd make more effective use of that time by going through a grammar rather than be forced to ask every question you have on a discussion board.
Or, if that's too much, just go to Wikipedia. I found the answer to your question in under a minute of searching:
"All transitive verbs and most intransitive verbs form the present perfect by combining the auxiliary verb avere "to have" in the present tense with the past participle of the transitive verb."
"A small number of intransitive verbs, namely essere itself and verbs indicating motion (venire "to come", "andere to go, arrivare "to arrive", etc.) use the auxiliary verb essere "to be" instead of avere."
"Reflexive verbs always use essere, but their past participle agrees with the subject or with third person object pronouns, if these precede the verb."
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian_verbs
I don't mind answering questions--I just don't think this is time-effective for you.

You don't have to go to school to learn grammar. In fact I bet this sort of schedule presumes that you do your learning independently and turn in the assignments. It's great, but you have to do this learning. Would you attempt to do your history or biology assignment without reading the textbook first? In languages it's even more important, assuming you actually want to speak Italian one day/use it at work etc. You can learn facts with a chaotic schedule but language learning requires regularity.

.... and tons of input , through which you will also have cleared many doubts concerning grammar.

Hmm as much as I love input, you need to know what to watch for, at least vaguely.
