Hello !
I am so beginner with turkish and i just want to translate this small text into
turkish
so hope anyone can help me
here is the text
" If you feel the misery ,suffering and needs of others then congratulations, you are a
human but if you dont feel them then sadly it means your heart and conscience aren't
alive anymore and you are not one of us(humans) "
A turkish guy translated like this
"Eğer başkalarının (acılarını) kederlerini, dertlerini ve ihtiyaçlarını hissediyorsan,
tebrikler, sen bir insansın; ama eğer bunları hissetmiyorsan, bu maalesef artık
kalbinin ve vicdanının (canlı) olmadığı ve artık bizden biri (yani insan) olmadığın
anlamına geliyor."
but when i translated his turkish in googgle ,i didnt get the same meaning of my text
thanks

Google doesn't handle Turkish well, and I wouldn't trust it as a reference at all.
Your quote is way beyond my level, but using my dictionary I can tell you:
Eğer - If
başka - other, another
keder - grief
dert - sickness, trouble
ihtiyaç - needs poverty
... başkalarının kederlerini, dertlerini ve ihtiyaçlarını - others' grief, etc.
hissetmek - to feel, perceive, sense
... hissediyorsan - I don't know this verb form
tebrikler - congratulations
sen bir insansın - you are one human being (sen / sin = you, repeated for emphasis)
-------------------------
Just using dictionary Turkish it looks good so far!

Literally it translates as:
If you feel another's pain, worries and needs are your own, congratulations, you are a person; but if you don't feel these, this unfortunately comes to the meaning that your heart and your conscience actually don't exist and that you actually are not one of us (ie one of people).
Idiomatically it's correct - that's a very literal translation from me.

this translation is quite good. Just a few corrections in order to make it "sound" more
Turkish :
...dertlerini ve ihtiyaçlarını hissedebiliyorsan
--- in Turkish, for this context we simply think "if you CAN feel the grief.." not "if
you feel.."
For the second sentence, repetition of "eğer" is unnecessary and artificial, but not
incorrect.
... ;ama eğer bunları hissetmiyorsan => ama bunları hissetmiyorsan.

as fireballtrouble said, the translation you have is quite good. Regarding Google translate; it doesn't work with Turkish language sadly. Translations are never accurate and in most cases just plain rubbish. Most of the time it gives very funny results. Google translater doesn't give correct results even in very simple sentences such as "I'm going to get a cake". Either Turkish grammer is too hard for a bot; or they just don't care.
