Unaware on my part. Well I will add the video interview. Otherwise it would be better
to lock up this thread and place links on the others about the same topic.
Interview in Finnish.

Far, far, better is this brilliantly crafted video in which it looks like a statistical analysis of English phonology has been conducted before re-assembling a lot of phonemes back together in a pattern consistent with English phonology and speech patterns, but without actually reproducing more than a few incidental English words:

Yeah, that one is really good. I'd love to see a similarly skillful attempt for some other languages.

Yeah but there's usually some gibberish, some sauce for the word salad. It sounds less impressive when it's just a bunch of individual words.

And then we have threads asking why female polyglots/language learners don't make more videos.

And that's why I very seldom comment videos. ;)
There are ways of avoiding that: some videos have flags, text, etc. The ones I usually watch do that. But then again, I go there mostly to learn something.
As far as content goes, I think that:
- her Portuguese impression is poor;
- a few others had bits of incoherent text in the target language;
- if I were to upload a video saying random words in Arabic, it would sound Arabic, and all my friends would say "oh, he's nailed it"; big deal!
Anyway, my second sentence was tongue-in-cheek, as was the video. I'm sure you know that.

Her imitation of Turkish was absolutely terrible, she used arabic 'gh' and 'kh' sounds which doesn't even exist in Turkish. At least standart Turkish doesn't include guttural sounds.
Other languages that i have knowledge of weren't that good either. Especially Italian was very bad. In my opinion; the video got so many likes just because the girl in the video was cute, if a less pretty person made it; it would have gone unnoticed.

Is that a compliment or an insult? :)
