I had a regular schedule of language learning which I stuck to for 16 months. In the last month, it has fallen apart, largely due to work commitments. How do I get back into the habit?

How did you get in to it the first time? :P
How about a 30 day trial?
I like using charts for tracking my progress.
I also like Jerry Seinfield's advice.
And also have a look at Prof. Arguelle's chart.
