Hello everybody,
How are you? I am describing the changes that Caxton made of John of Trevisa's 14th-century text on the English language ( vocabulary, spelling, grammar, pronunciation...etc). No doubt, this provides an excellent example of some of the changes that had taken place in the English language within a hundred years.
I'd be grateful if you would help me to find information concerning this topic. I should also like to know what you think about it. Thanking you in advance for your help.
