Walloons in Belgium seem to have the reputation of not speaking so many foreign languages.
This is an excellent possiblity to change it: People living in the Wallonie can log in here and learn 4 languages online free of costs: 1) French 2) Dutch 3) German 4) English This is the description: "Wallangues est un projet de la Wallonie qui a pour objectif d'offrir en formation en langues via internet à tous les résidents wallons."
