This website is quite old, but I haven't heard anyone mention it around here:

It lets you download many Italian textbooks with the permission of the official
publishers. To mention a few: In Italiano Chiuchiu, La lingua Italiana (by
K.Katerinov), Bravo, Parola per parola, etc. Most of them are pretty comprehensive and
include hours of recordings by native speakers.

The website itself is in Russian, but it doesn't really matter, since the manuals are
mostly monolingual and use Italian as the language of instruction.

The manuals are in .tiff format that can be opened with Microsoft Office Document
Imaging. Seeing that all the audio files are uploaded as separate tracks, it would be
easier to get them using some download manager.
