Hello guys,
Today on CNN website, I read an article about a man (creator of reCAPTCHA) who wants to translate the whole web into all major languages with the help of voluntary users. He developed a website for language learning, where basically, by translating sentences, you're helping to translate the internet. It's very interesting, it also says that you help digitalize books by writing the "reCAPTCHA". Quote "Luis von Ahn founded the company behind CAPTCHA He used that technology to help digitize old books His new project provides a free way to learn languages and thereby translate the Web". Some statistics say that in 5 weeks, 100,000 users could translate the Spanish Wikipedia into English. What do you guys think about it? 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

I registered a week before Jeff did and am still waiting. I registered again a couple weeks later thinking they did not receive my info, still waiting. I will have to wait for the rest of the people to translate the web for me:)
