Yeah, it's just that the prices for everything are lower. You know, kinda like learning English in Malta rather than the UK or US.

And here I thought that it was the sun, the food and the gorgeous men who were the main reasons for studying English in Malta :-)

Tver State University in Tver is really cheap. The last two times that I was there it was 400RUB/45min for private lessons. If I had went to Moscow, I would have had to pay way more. I'm not sure about the whole year.

When I was there, I had two very very good teachers.
