My favourite conlang is Iţkuîl. Not that I think I'll be able to learn it in this lifetime.

My own favs are those based on what might have happened - i.e. Romance languages with Celtic substratum influence such as Brithenig and Breathannach or those postulating different directions the Germanic languages might have taken.
