I've been learning Korean for almost a year, however, not regularly, so I'm still a
beginner. Some time ago I was recommended a very useful website for vocabulary practice - memrise.com. Here I discovered many language learning exercises. One of them is aimed at practice of the 1000 most commonly used words in a Korean language. Essentially, it is a word list based on the frequency of use of each word. I decided to create a set of Flashcards based on this list of 1000 words. I am using every word in a sentence and provide a picture/photo that aids in memorization. There are 3 sets in total (30 flashcards) and more to come soon as I've just started this project. Please let me know your suggestions and thoughts. Do you find flashcards useful when you study languages? Example Flashcard:

I'm also learning Korean and I didn't know about memrise! I spent some time on it and I think it's perfect for
me. Lately, I thought that I should learn vocabulary :P Thanks for introducing me to memrise :) 1 person has voted this message useful |
