Hi guys,

I want to start learning German and I have both Pimsleur and Michel Thomas (full courses)
available to me.

Is it better to finish the whole of Michel Thomas and THEN start Pimsleur or is it better
to mix them up, IE: MT Foundation, then Pimsleur I, then MT Advanced, then Pimsleur II,
etc.

Thanks in advanced for your help :)

I started with Pimsleur I and THEN Michel Thomas and I found it worked very well. Pimsleur is excellent for pronunciation and accent development whereas Michel Thomas' German accent isn't native-like. My opinion is to fossilize some good pronunciation habits with Pimsleur before listening to Michel Thomas. Additionally, much of the vocab is overlapping so being familiar with some of that vocab before listening to Michel Thomas was very helpful for me.
Obviously there is no right or wrong, just my opinion. Good luck!

I'm doing both of them more or less at the same time with a greater focus on Pimsleur. If you can only do one at a time due to schedule constraints, then I would have to recommend Pimsleur first.
