In Spanish, in addition to the one that has been mentioned
- perdón / perdóname / perdóneme
- disculpe / discúlpame / discúlpeme

You forgot the umlaut ;), it's "förlåt". "Excuse me" is "ursäkta (mig)" by the way.

Taiwanese:
"pai se" - Literally "bad meaning" which has the meaning of "embarrassed." In other words:"(I'm) embarrassed (about that)" which is parallel to the Mandarin "bu hao yi si 不好意思" below.
"mai sai shing de" - Literally "don't lose your temper"
Often shortened to just:"shing de" - Literally "temper", "temperament"
Mandarin:
Formal:
"dui bu qi 對不起" Literally "can't face up to"
"bao qian 抱歉" - "holding regret"
More informal:
"bu hao yi si 不好意思" - Literally "bad meaning" which means: "(I'm) embarrassed".
"qing bu yao sheng qi 請不要生氣" - "please don't be angry"
