Since I have started studying again (I got lazy...), I will write a quick update. A
couple of days ago I watched some videos from my school textbook's website. And today I
finally went back and watched some of the shows that Serpent told me about on page 3 of
this log! I watched "Sto k odnomu" and Svoya Igra. Those are good to watch because there
are a lot of things in writing, so it's easy to look words up. I also listened to/read
some dialogues from LingQ. Some of them are kind of funny! I don't know if it's
intentional, but it amuses me anyway...Same thing with the Teach Yourself dialogues,
which I also listened to a little bit a few days ago.
Now...I have so many books I haven't hardly used yet. I will also review my school
textbook and go over the things we didn't cover in class. Time to get to work! :)

Today I talked to myself in Spanish, haha!. I need some practice...Now I'm watching TV in
Spanish. I heard lots of people speaking Spanish today when I went shopping, but that
happens every time I go anywhere...Although, I did hear some Russian people, too! I
didn't think about talking to them, though, because I was busy.

I finally wrote something! Enjoy. :)
By the way, how do say "anyway"? As in, "Russian is hard, but I like it anyway." |

Just seen this, aww, fantastic! <333
See my remark on the previous page about нетрудный... it's more natural to say довольно легкий or не очень трудный=)
A language that has cases has at least two, so it would be "в иврите нет падежей" (yes, в is used for the properties of the language as opposed to speaking it/writing in it - it's по-русски, btw:))
glad you liked those shows!!!

Just as I was beginning to finally get over all the distractions that have been keeping
me from studying Russian and Georgian, my mom gave me a CD of Turkish music! And it has
lyrics in the booklet! I don't know any Turkish, but now it's very tempting!
She told me, "I tried to find you something in Russian or Hebrew, but they didn't have
it. But this is from Istanbul!"
Like that's close enough...lol. Anyway, it's really cool! But I will focus on Russian, I
will not be distracted by cool Turkish music, grrrr...
;)

I just went through my school textbook and looked at a chapter we didn't do in class.
The topic is пища. :D
I learned a little about the instrumental case and perfective/imperfective verbs. I
also learned how to conjugate есть (ем, ешь, ест, едим, едите, едят; ел, ела, ели) and
пить (пью, пьёшь, пьёт, пьём, пьёте, пьют; пил, пила, пили), and I learned some names
of foods, of course!
Now I want to answer a couple questions from the book. I will combine the answers into
two paragraphs. :)

Nice to know this info about breakfasts around the world! I had a similar question at my Norwegian log about lunch.
Btw, I see you picked mostly Russian and eventually Italian for your TAC. I was a bit reluctant but I think I'll join a TAC team next year, in case I can maintain the languages I'm doing, because I'm not sure I can add a new one. I'm doing my languages on a daily basis, so, I think what I've been doing since January was an actual TAC. I started three languages at once and started learning them on a daily basis.
