Wonsuk Chin.

He is a Korean filmmaker who has made a few films in the US, "Too Tired to Die" and "e-dreams". He came to the US to attend film school and after having lived there for only a few years, wrote the screenplay for "Too Tired to Die" in English. There are parts in Chinese, but he had to get them translated because he doesn't speak the language. I've seen him on television hosting a film program and his English is like that of a native speaker, including his pronunciation. Here is his blog:

possibly others? his parents were of Jewish/Russian descent.
