I know this is somewhat off-topic, but I am working on German language material for a website that will
teach German, and I'd love to find a community of others that are creating language learning materials,
but I can't find anything! I'm hoping something exists and I won't have to create something from
scratch :) Does anyone know of one?

Hey, I don't have an answer for you but I suggest
you also post this question on www.forum.language-
learners.org It's a language learning forum that a
lot of the members here also use/have moved to. You
might get some more answers there.

I don't think there's such a community, but quite a few forum members have produced some kind of materials at least for fun.
try asking at unilang.org too :) also consider searching fb groups and maybe even conlanging comms.
