The site www.podclub.ch has been mentioned in a couple of
logs but I think it
deserves its own posting. It contains dozens of podcasts with full transcript in
several
languages, currently English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Swiss German! The
level is controlled to be A2/B1 and difficult words are explained. An excellent
resource.
For more advanced students of French, I recommend
francebienvenue1.wordpress.com. This is a
series of podcasts based on real
semi-scripted conversations between a university lecturer and her students. They are
live, with the full range of mistakes, false starts, slang, people talking over each
other that you would expect from genuine conversations. Again, there is a full
transcript
- with all the umms and ehs - and explanations of difficult terminology and slang
words.
It is probably nearer to levels B2 or C1.
