	Diego Marani is an Italian writer and interpreter who invented the joke language 'Europanto'. His books all revolve around foreign languages are written to very high standards. In 'Come ho imparato le lingue' he explains how he learned languages, starting as a boy. From the book I get that he speaks fluently: Italian, English, French, Finnish and Dutch. He has knowledge of Latin, Ancient Greek, Slovenian and I believe German and Russian although this may be only very limited knowledge and not even basic fluency - I can't tell.
