Hi all!
My cousin went to a Chinese doctor, and he wrote something in her data card. Since he spoke only some Russian, she'd like to know what he wrote in there. Can anyone, please, decipher the attached picture? I'd be very grateful.

I think the top would be:

3日3月

meaning 3rd day of the 3rd month (3rd March)

I cannot decipher anything else from that - I am only a student and that is very very rough handwriting.

Hahah... a doctor writing in Chinese.... now that's a real challenge! Doctors have notoriously illegible handwriting.

i will do my best but the handwriting for doctors is notorious even among natives.

often has headache... left temple.. headache and neck pain... lower back pain.
tongue tip buds cracks.... stomach or upper abdominal pain. blood pressure low-high fluctuations.

it basically just describes a set of symptoms

sorry i translated wrong on lower back pain. it isn't. should be lower part of kidney region.
