Hi all!
My cousin went to a Chinese doctor, and he wrote something in her data card. Since he spoke only some Russian, she'd like to know what he wrote in there. Can anyone, please, decipher the attached picture? I'd be very grateful.

I think the top would be:
3日3月
meaning 3rd day of the 3rd month (3rd March)
I cannot decipher anything else from that - I am only a student and that is very very rough handwriting.

Thanks for an attempt :) I hope there are natives on this forum who would be able to read this handwriting, though.

I just wondered how it's possible to write quickly in Chinese...

Hahah... a doctor writing in Chinese.... now that's a real challenge! Doctors have notoriously illegible handwriting.

i will do my best but the handwriting for doctors is notorious even among natives.
often has headache... left temple.. headache and neck pain... lower back pain.
tongue tip buds cracks.... stomach or upper abdominal pain. blood pressure low-high fluctuations.
it basically just describes a set of symptoms

As a native Chinese I can read 75% of what he wrote, but wait a minute, I call someone help me recognizing those unclear words.....
