(the patient)often has headache,neckache,took medicion after dysmenorrhea, pain in bottom of waist. red tongue and cracks, kidney&liver-ache,bloodpressure fluctuations.
yes, some chinese handwritings are hard to read for even natives, especially the doctors'.

Thanks everyone for help! I know, it was quite a challenge :) I guess if my cousin decides to visit this doctor often, I'll have to take up Chinese as well (just kidding, the doctor would probably learn Russian faster). Thanks again for translation! :)

Lumbosacral. the doctor wrote a wrong characer :D
red tongue without tongue fur
kidney&liver-ache:
no, there is nothing with her kidney and liver. I can't read that part either, but I guess it's 肝肾阴虚(?) or 肝肾脾(?) something.
they are chinese medical terms. anyway, it looks strange, very unprofessional
