(the patient)often has headache,neckache,took medicion after dysmenorrhea, pain in bottom of waist. red tongue and cracks, kidney&liver-ache,bloodpressure fluctuations.

Thanks everyone for help! I know, it was quite a challenge :) I guess if my cousin decides to visit this doctor often, I'll have to take up Chinese as well (just kidding, the doctor would probably learn Russian faster). Thanks again for translation! :)

just some small problems-- 头痛，尤在(or 左 ?)少阳: Migraine 腰底 should be 腰骶: Lumbosacral. the doctor wrote a wrong characer :D red tongue without tongue fur kidney&liver-ache: no, there is nothing with her kidney and liver. Hahaha I knew doctors had bad handwriting in America, but I didn't know it was a worldwide affliction!
