A couple years ago there was a British guy who made a polyglot review of European press every morning on France Inter, a French radio. His name is Alex Taylor and although he had a lovely English accent in French, he spoke it really well, along with Portuguese, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish and of course, English.
He is not a double-barrelled sawed-off shotgun of a polyglot, but I am sure he inspired many people to learn languages. I was already into languages when I first heard him, but it was really a nice show to listen to.
