It looks rather new so I wouldn't be too optimistic that someone here already has it (not to mention that we're talking about Rusyn which gets piddling attention). It's mildly tempting for me although I'm fairly resistant to adding it now because I still have more than enough languages on the go even after having recently taken off Northern Saami and Hungarian.
By the way, I stumbled upon some fairly new learning material (without audio unfortunately) for Rusyn published online in Polish and Slovak and mentioned it in my log.
