Assimil: Rare Language Bases | ||

So recently I've been getting more interested in the different kinds of base languages that are offered by Assimil. I've realized that neither the official Assimil website, nor wikipedia contains a listing of all the language bases that are currently available, and definitely not all the ones were available at one time.
One example I came across is a whole line of products in what I believe is a Serbo-Croatian base (I know very little about this language so correct me if I'm mistaken.) The appears to have been at least two generations "Bez Muke" and "Novo Bez Muke" Of the original series there appears to be courses with this language base for learning German, French, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, and Russian. I'm not sure what the complete selection for the next generation is, but at the minimum, English, German, Spanish, French, and Italian. Just wondering if anyone knows what other language bases Assimil courses have been translated into.

It is in Serbian (not Croatian).

You should definitely update the Wikipedia page to make it more accurate! I think future
language learners would appreciate it. Also, it would be cool of you to upload those pictures to the Wiki as well, though that is a decent bit more work. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

Well, I think at the moment Wikipedia only lists the current Assimil courses that are available and not the past generations. Even though there are two generations of the Serbian based courses, I don't know if they're still in print and up to date. Ideally someone would edit the wikipedia page to show all the generations of courses and what bases they are available from. I would love to contribute to such a project, but don't have all the information necessary to do such a thorough overhaul.
