I voted for "I'm under 40 and study best in the evening". I would always rather study in the evening and I usually do so but I also study other times of day when I can.

Normally I study in the evening, but when it's quiet in work I will study then as well.

I'm under 40 and study best in the evening. I really have noticed morning is not the best time to study for
me, even if I have slept enough.

At least for studying grammar or words from learning materials. Reading practices are fine in the morning
though.

I'm under 40 and study best in the evening. Mornings are a bad time for anything genuinely productive.
