It depends on the accent,
in Northeastern Brazil, the nasal sound is exactly like Parisian French nasal O: IPA [õ].
(Remember that in modern Parisian pronunciation the nasal O is close, and not open, there's been a change). So, in Northeastern Brazil: BOM sounds exactly like Parisian BON [bõ].
In Southeastern Brazil, the nasal [õ] is a diphthong, BOM sounds like BOUNG (OU as in English O in Vogue, and NG as in English SONG).
In this song, SANDY is singing BOM [bõ] (in the middle of the song) in a Parisian/Northeastern Brazilian way; (in the beginning and at the end you can hear the BOUNG pronunciation)
