I heard 개수작 (only while knowing it was supposed to be there) The problem is that the background noise pretty much drowns it out.
But in general it's not unusual for a native speaker to drop a syllable or two here and there or make some other minor "mistakes", especially when speaking emotionally. The higher your general proficiency and understanding of the context the better your ability to compensate for this and understand what was intended to be said. In your native language it's likely you're not even aware of doing this. I'm sometimes writing subtitles for movies / series in my native German and occasionally there are sentences I simply do not understand, no matter how often I listen to them. In conversation I wouldn't even necessarily notice that I didn't understand some part.

In this case, he almost dropped ㅜ, so it may sound like [개-스작] or even [개-s작].
